These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. The USER and/or VISITOR agrees that any legal action or proceeding between the COMPANY and them, for any issue arising hereof, shall be filed exclusively in the Civil Courts of the City of Buenos Aires (Tribunales Ordinarios y Civiles de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires).
